Extrusions-Treatments-Bobbin Winding
Extrusion is a vital process that treats raw polypropylene by feeding its granules to the extruder which creates a film or yarn from granules as per pre-defined parameters. As per the requirements, the film is cut into tapes, before treating it with heat and stretching. Then the tapes or yarn is stabilized and wound on bobbins.

Both laminated and unlaminated fabrics undergo printing if required, followed by cutting and sewing. At Shubham Tex-O-Pack, we use computerized printing for our fabric and bags to ensure that the process is completed with accuracy and efficacy.
